The home is architecturally designed for year-round comfort and captures maximum sunshine throughout the year, blending modern amenities with a cozy, rustic feel. Situated on a flat section with easy access, the property features:

Warmth & Comfort: Stay toasty with a roaring woodburner (firewood supplied), a powerful heat pump, and dedicated radiators/fan heaters in every bedroom. The home is fully double-glazed for ultimate peace and quiet.

Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Open the living room doors to access the private garden.

Flexible Sleeping: 3 generous bedrooms (two queen beds one single bed) and 2 bathrooms (one being an full ensuite, plus a full family bathroom).

Important Things to Note

  • Accessibility: The house is on a flat section but does contain two internal steps.

  • Families: Due to the property being unfenced, we recommend caution and suggest it is not suitable for toddlers.

  • Transport: There is plenty of parking, a car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area and the short drive into Dunedin city.

  • This property is located near to the train tracks, train passes around 3 or 4 times a day

  • Beach & Trails: You are just a 5-minute drive (or 30-minute stroll) from the stunning Doctors Point Beach, famous for its sea caves. Explore the Orokonui Creek Walking Track (a 50-minute loop) or hit the Coastal Connection track for walking and cycling.
